The Early Care and Education Workforce Advancement Project

Are you interested in opening or expanding your Family Child Care Home?

The Consortium has funding for:

  • All costs required by Title 22 to obtain or expand your Family Child Care Home License
  • Assistance with the completion of licensing paperwork
  • Providers will receive a FREE laptop with software upon completion of program
  • 12 weeks of training provided on business practices and Early Childhood Education to run your program
  • Program supplies will be sent out halfway through training module
  • Upon completion participants will receive additional program supplies

This project received $1,000,000 (100% of its total cost) from a grant awarded under the Community Projects grant, as implemented by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration. $300,000 (30%) of the project is financed by the ABC Foundation Grant.

A total of $1,044,872.97 paid out to the ECE workforce in stipends to 645 ECE professionals who completed the QCC WP Stipend Program.
