The Consortium for Early Learning Services Organization has four Regions that assess child care needs at the local level and address those needs through collaborative partnerships. The Regions will be connected to the Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) Mix Delivery System to help provide feedback to the main UPK Mix Delivery System Workgroup.
Western region (IEHPF Subregion(s) Served Riverside Metro
Serves Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar and surrounding unincorporated communities (Aguanga, Anza Valley, East Hemet, French Valley, Green Acres, Homeland, Romoland, Lake Riverside, Sage, Winchester, DeLuz, LaCresta, Tenaja, as well as parts of Valle Vista, Meadowbrook, Lakeland Village, Sun City, Temescal Valley, and Warm Springs.)
Entire desert region, extending from Palm Springs to Blythe, including cities, Blythe, Cathedral City, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and surrounding unincorporated communities (Bermuda Dunes, Chiriaco Summit, Colorado River Communities, Desert Center, Desert Edge, Eagle Mountain, Idyllwild, Indio Hills, Lake Tamarisk, Mecca, Mesa Verde, Mountain Center, North Shore, Oasis, Pine Cove, Ripley, Sky Valley, Thermal, Thousand Palms and Vista Santa Rosa.)
Eastern Region (IEHPF Subregion(s) Served: Low Desert / Coachella Valley/Palo Verde Valley
Serves Moreno Valley, Banning, Beaumont, Calimesa, Hemet, San Jacinto and surrounding unincorporated communities (Cabazon, Cherry Valley, Lakeview, Nuevo, Reche Canyon, San Timoteo Canyon, as well as parts of Valle Vista and White Water.)
Mid and southwestern region (IEHPF Subregion(s) Served West Riverside
