DESCRIPTION:This Family Child Care at Its Best (FCCB) workshop examines ways to provide a rich science environment for children. Participants will explore everyday science and practice principles of inquiry and documentation to enhance discovery and scientific learning. \nPresented by: Cori Schmidt\, WestEd \nIntended audience: Family Child Care at Its Best (FCCB) workshops are intended for \n\nlicensed and license-exempt home-based child care providers\nfamily\, friend\, and neighbor providers; and other providers who care for children in mixed-age groups.\nWorkshop content centers on children ages birth to five in home care settings.\n\n**Workshops do not fulfill pre-licensure requirements or provide ECE units. \nThis workshop will be presented via Zoom\, in English.
