The Consortium for Early Learning Services Regions assesses child care needs at the local level and addresses those needs through collaborative partnerships. We encourage new membership from individuals interested in the topics of child development.
The Southwestern Region serves Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Temecula, and surrounding communities.
The Mid County Region serves Banning, Beaumont, Calimesa, Hemet, San Jacinto, and surrounding communities.
The Eastern Region covers the entire desert area, extending from Palm Springs to Blythe, including all cities and surrounding communities.
The Western Region serves Riverside, Corona, Norco, Moreno Valley, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley and surrounding communities.
Our Goals
- To increase supply, accessibility and affordability of child care services in Riverside County
- To increase the quality of programs in centers and family child care homes in Riverside County
- To promote on-going education and expansion of the child development workforce in Riverside County
- To promote child development public policy, public awareness, and resources in Riverside County
