October 19, 2021 – Marketing your Business: Find ways to market your child care business and have ongoing surveys with families in your care to improve your program

November 2, 2021 – What’s behind the Numbers: Discussion on key performance indicators that lead your business forward and measure success

November 16, 2021 – Highest and Best Use of Your Time: Analysis of what you as the owner do and should be doing to improve your child care business

8 hours of professional growth will be issued to all
registered participants that complete the four day training.
