English (Cohort 1) 6 Two-Hour Sessions ( The English Training is Full)

and Español (Cohorte 2) Sesiones de dos horas

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

During this 6-part live webinar series, 30 participants will be divided into two groups, administrators and teaching staff, to encourage open dialogue in this café-style institute. Participants will engage in 2-hour courageous conversations in a “safe space” which will be led by Child360 facilitators to ensure engagement in various breakout rooms. Topics of discussion will use an intersectional approach of systemic racism, implicit bias, privilege, trauma, and the links to early childhood education.

Durante esta serie de seminarios web en vivo de 6 partes, 30 participantes se dividirán en dos grupos,
administradores y personal docente, para fomentar el diálogo abierto en este instituto estilo café.
Los participantes entablarán valientes conversaciones de 2 horas en un “espacio seguro” que será dirigido
por facilitadores de Child360 para garantizar la participación en varias salas de reuniones.
Los temas de discusión utilizarán un enfoque interseccional de racismo sistémico, prejuicio implícito,
privilegio, trauma y los vínculos con la educación de la primera infancia.

• Session 4: Trauma and the Adverse Childhood Experiences, Resiliency and Ideologies (2.0 hours, virtual instructor-led)

• Session 6: Gender Equity, Self-Care, and Creating Change (2.0-hours, virtual instructor-led)
