Strengthening Families Protective Factors

Strengthening Families is a research-informed approach to increase family strengths, enhance child
development and reduce the likelihood of child abuse and neglect. It is based on engaging families,
programs, communities in building Five Protective Factors that reduce stress in families and helps prevent child abuse and neglect. The goal of this training is to provide an overview on the Strengthening Families Framework and the Five Protective Factors

Training starts promptly at 6:00 pm. Door will close at 6:00 pm no late admittance.
Three (3) Hours of professional growth will be awarded to participants upon completion.
